A quick note on shipping:
USPS has had budget cuts and are short staffed. Please note the estimated date you see when purchasing is not guaranteed and can be delayed by USPS.
I do everything I can to get my orders out EARLY, but lately they have been stuck in transit for longer than expected.
If needed by a certain date, it is best to purchase the FEDEX Shipping option, as there are no refunds or returns due to shipping delays.Custom Party Hat with Face/Photo

For orders over 10 hats, a proof will be provided to make sure you love it before production!
For smaller orders, proofs are $5 each.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders ship within 3 days, if proof required this may delay the shipping times.

A Need By date is requested in case a color is out of stock, a proof needs more work, or just in general to let you know if you will need to purchase additional shipping.
When checking out: there will be a couple of shipping methods & speeds- please pick the one that will work best for you!
In general, USPS has delays- so be sure to either give enough time or purchase a different option. You can always ask me and i'll recommend which to go with!
